Any 2 systems of your choosing will under-go a deep analysis to determine its current output and a redesign process to improve results. This is a stand-alone service. You do not need the CIO-System guide for this service. This service requires 8 work hours.
CIO-System Design Guide & Coaching
This guide is designed to ensure school leaders are no longer pulled away from their important work of improving teaching and learning. This guide documents ALL systems currently in place and provides a detailed description of how each system works. This process takes approximately 60 work hours and includes coaching on improving three priority systems.
